ReGround Respite provides structured, supportive respite services designed to help youth and families pause, reset, and regulate in a safe, community-based environment.

ReGround Respite is built for families who need intentional support, not just a break.


What Is ReGround Respite?

ReGround Respite is a non-clinical, supportive service that offers families temporary relief while maintaining consistency, structure, and emotional regulation for youth.

Respite services are designed to:

  • Reduce stress and overwhelm
  • Support emotional and behavioral stability
  • Reinforce routines and expectations
  • Promote regulation during periods of increased need

ReGround Respite complements existing supports and services and does not replace therapy or clinical care.


Who ReGround Respite Is For

What ReGround Respite Is Not

To ensure clarity, ReGround Respite is not:

  • Therapy or counseling
  • Crisis or emergency intervention
  • Diagnostic or psychiatric services
  • Babysitting or unstructured childcare

If a family is experiencing an immediate crisis, emergency services should be contacted.


Oversight & Quality Assurance

While ReGround Respite is a non-clinical service, the program operates under the oversight of licensed behavioral health professionals.

Oversight supports:

  • Program integrity and safety
  • Staff training and consultation
  • Ethical service delivery
  • Clear boundaries between clinical and non-clinical roles

This structure helps ensure respite services are delivered responsibly and within appropriate scope of practice.


Referrals for ReGround Respite

Referrals for ReGround Respite are accepted through the referral form below.

The referral process allows our team to:

Please do not include sensitive clinical or crisis information in the referral form.


What Happens After a Referral Is Submitted?
