ReGround Respite
A program of The G Society
ReGround Respite provides supportive respite services designed to help youth and families pause, reset, and regulate.
ReGround Respite is intended to:
- Reduce stress and overwhelm
- Support emotional and behavioral stability
- Provide families with structured, supportive relief
ReGround Respite is not therapy, crisis intervention, or babysitting.
Trauma-Informed Parenting Workshops & Training
We offer trauma-informed parenting workshops and trainings that support caregivers in understanding behavior through a regulation-based, strengths-focused lens.
Workshops focus on:
- Understanding stress, trauma, and regulation
- Building consistent routines and boundaries
- Supporting emotional regulation at home
- Strengthening caregiver confidence and capacity
Workshops are educational and may be offered in community, school, or organizational settings.
Consultation Services
The G Society provides consultation services to families, schools, and community organizations seeking guidance on strengthening behavioral health supports within non-clinical roles.
Consultation may include:

Training & Professional Development

- Boundaries and scope in behavioral health support roles
